All of the items shown are handmade. Therefore, there may be slight differences in every piece. Special orders are welcomed. Many of our artists will create artistic variations of the item upon request.
Please note, due to the uniqueness of the merchandise featured; handmade items, limited editions and exclusive products, quantity is limited.

Shipping & Handling
We ship all our packages via USPS - Priority or First Class or UPS. No post office boxes, please. Express Service for an extra charge available for small items only. None on clocks, coat racks, barware, birdhouses, prints. Please allow 2-4 business days to process and ship an order. If an item is not in stock, we will order it from the artist and let you know when to expect it.

We do not currently ship outside the United States other than Canada.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of items unused and in original
condition with all original tags attached. They must be postmarked
within 10 days of receiving the item. Please email us prior to returning an
item with the reason for the return so that we can expect it and issue a
credit. Send items back insured, in the original packaging and in the
original condition. All sale items, personalized items and special orders
are final sales. Special order deposits are non-refundable. Original
shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible
for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning
merchandise.
At the time of return, you may specify your preference
for (i) receiving a credit in your original form of payment, (ii)
exchanging the returned merchandise or (iii) receiving the amount of the
credit for the returned merchandise in the form of a gift certificate.
All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to your payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.
Gifts may be exchanged for an item of the same value or an item of greater value; provided you pay any cost difference as well as any additional shipping, and taxes.
Sales Tax
Minnesota residents add 6.50% for sales tax.

The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to insure your safety. Our cart uses SSL to encrypt your order and protect personal data sent to us. SSL insures that your private information cannot be seen as it travels over the internet.
To check the security of your connection during credit card input, look for the closed lock at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates SSL is active. Credit Card charges will appear as "Blue Moon".
We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.
We will use your email address only when we are confirming your internet order, or notifying you of special sales.
When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
